ESTIMATES

All prices for custom patch orders are quoted for 100% embroidery. If your design does not require 100% embroidery please specify in your correspondence. Velcro is available for 75 cents per patch and does not need to be applied to the entire order.

ARTWORK

Clean artwork is needed to produce a quality patch. We do have art services and can clean up or draw camera ready artwork when needed. Additional charges apply. Minimum art charge is $35.00.

PAYMENT

A 50% deposit is required when a custom order is placed. Payment in full is required prior to the shipment of your order. Orders for less than 100 patches will include a $5 flat rate shipping charge. Please note that the process can take up to eight (8) weeks from the creation of a digital sample to shipping.

Custom patch orders with a due date of less than three (3) weeks will be subject to an additional 50% charge

Nametag Orders

All nametags are $10.00 and come with Velcro applied unless otherwise specified
Nametag orders with a due date of less than three (3) weeks will be charged an additional $2.00 per nametag
Nametags requiring a one (1) week turnaround will be billed at $15.00 per nametag
Overnight production is $25 when production load allows

CANCELLATION, DESIGN CHANGES AND LIMITATIONS

Orders canceled after 15 days or after patch design set-up will require a $40.00 cancellation fee

Currently, the set-up fee is waived. Design changes other than color changes during initial set-up will incur a $50 charge
